Our Team
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in one God; revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died an atoning death for the sins of the whole world, was resurrected bodily for our justification and now reigns in heaven. (1 Timothy 3:16; John 1:1, 14)
We believe the Bible is God’s Word to us. It was written by holy men under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and Christian living. Because it is inspired by God, the Bible is truth without error. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21)
We believe that man was made in the image of God and is the crown of creation. He is now, by reason of “the fall”, spiritually alienated from his Creator. Apart from God’s grace he has no ability to attain to this high calling. (Psalm 8; Ephesians 2:8-9) We believe that justification is by grace through faith in our Lord’s sacrifice on Calvary.
(Romans 3:21-24)
We believe that all people are to repent and be buried with our Lord Jesus Christ in the waters of baptism. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:4; II Peter 3:9)
We believe that the baptism in the Holy Sprit is an endowment of power given by God to anoint the believer for sanctification and evangelism. It is our understanding that the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit are active within the body of Christ until the coming of the Lord. Furthermore, we believe that the development of these gifts ought to be encouraged under the guidance of local church authority. (Acts 8:14-17; Acts 19:1-2; I Corinthians 12:4-7)
We believe that those who are called by the name of Christ should depart from iniquity, understanding that salvation from the penalty of sin only begins the process of redemption. We acknowledge that one work of the Holy Spirit is to create in us the character of Christ.
(II Timothy 2:19)
We believe in the Priesthood of the believer. That is to say all people born of God have equal status before God and direct access to their Lord. (I Peter 2:5) We believe the identity of the body of Christ on the earth is primarily perceived through the local church.
We believe that the callings of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher are functional within the body of Christ until the Lord’s return. Furthermore, these ministries are gifts to the church for the purpose of equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, that the body of Christ may be edified. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
We believe in the literal second coming our Lord Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the saved to eternal life and the lost to damnation, and the ultimate victory of the eternal kingdom of God. (Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 3:16-17)
Leading people to fully experience the new life in Christ.

Our Culture
We speak life. We celebrate and have fun. We heal, forgive, restore. We have a positive attitude that comes from expectation of God’s goodness. Every time we try to excuse negativity, apathy and "just getting by", God's grace calls us, Jesus' words and works inspire us, and God's spirit empowers us.
The Bible’s description of God’s family is one of interconnectedness. Every person has unique, God-given talents, gifts and abilities, and we’ve been called to connect to a team within the church for support and to leverage our strength.
Our resources, time, abilities, influence and positions of authority are all gifts given from God. He thought of it all, made it all, and distributes it as He sees fit. This makes us stewards of God's gifts; our time, energy, talents and paycheck are all on loan from God. This means that we are not an end in ourselves, to use and consume every gift of God completely on ourselves, but to nurture, cultivate and use them wisely, and to be conduits of God's blessing to the word. We give generously, as good stewards of everything He has given us.
The number one church growth concept is the presence of God. We do what we can, and expect God to do what only He can do.
In both our natural and spiritual family, we commit ourselves to supporting them in the glorious calling of raising the next generation. Spiritually, relationally and financially, we want them to stand on our shoulders, reach higher, go further and accomplish greater things in God's Kingdom.
We believe the Church is God’s plan for the world and is worth giving our lives for.
We honor those whose shoulders we stand on, we instruct each other and our kids in honor and we are intentional about the Legacy we leave to others.
